I couldn't resist being the (100th) post on this historic thread!!!! Nice job Malcolm!! I do have something to add....I recall when I went to the top of the Norway's forward funnel, that there was a mat with some evidence of munchies, a couple of empty cans of beer, and some condoms up there. So obviously someone was having a little action at the top of the forward funnel. Between the two wings there is a small platform...however I think this was removed when modifications were made to the forward funnel. Exhaust pipes for an auxilary generator were added at some point, which was after I had been up there. There may not be as much room up there now as there was before her refits.

I just joined today. And, I'm kind of a prude about these things. But, I enjoy a good laugh. So, I will answer your question.

Why else would I book the BALCONY for my next cruise!

Well, just returned from the Vision and it came out in the newly wed/not so newly wed game that the newly wed couple tried out one of the lounges somewhere on deck 10 first night out. I wonder if they read this post before hand. Kevin

Wow, "The post that never dies"

The real credit goes to "Mercy" for this post. It was she who originally asked the qestion, in one of her posts. I just hi-jacked it and the Cruistalkers continue to expanded on it, as it were!

As they say, sex sells!

I have a friend who had nookie with the Captain of a Holland America ship on an Alaskan cruise. The couple had a menage-trois with one of the entertainers too.

I feel sorry for the crew who go months without it. They get tired of each other fast.

I've just recently joined in this Cruise Talk Forum and what a laugh I've had! Its really cheered me up!

Hmmm, well, now, let me see...last year on the MV Bolero in our Superior Deluxe Cabin when we celebrated our Silver Wedding Anniversary was a pretty special experience...just don't tell my husband I'm giving away secrets!

Now I'm looking forward to cruise no. 3 on the Airtours Sunbird in September...

Luv Norma

PS: Malcome thx for the e-mail reply!

Best spot: On a cool late night in May, on the deck of Carnival Jubilee in Alaska. There is a small deck above the bridge, on the level of the suites. Thanks D-Cup, going on Majesty's sister ship, the Monarch, in 7 days. Also have noticed the lifeboats on ships, but like others afraid of getting caught.

This is the most entertaining chat topic I have ever read, and by far the longest. On the 11 cruises I have been on every Not-so-Newlywed game has had similar answers about couples on deck but I have never seen anyone late at night and have never heard of anyone who was caught. Only tried it once myself.

Porthole magazine did a survey, I think in '98 or '99 called "Rock the Boat" sex at sea, or something like that where they did a survey but I have not been able to find it on the Internet, just articles saying they were doing the survey. If anyone has old issues of Porthole I like others i'm sure would be interested to hear what the results were and the article.

Hasn't anyone ever heard of someone getting "caught" or in trouble for indecent exposure on a cruise ship? Draka made a claim but never replied with experience or names of ships who publish a policy on it. I think above all it would just be the embarassment of being caught.

Congrats Malcolm on the longest topic!!! Sure was entertaining.

Never saw the posting on MagnumPi's baby? Is it on here? Congratulations!!!!

On the subject of Sex, a male freind once asked me if I ever spoke to my wife while making love.

I said of course I do, if there is a telephone available!

(Norma, after the above, I think I'd better take Mrs.Malcolm, my wife?)

We've had 2 baby boys born to members of this forum, Norma. There are pictures of both of them here somewhere. They are so cute, but then all babies are cute. If I will find them will let you know. Maybe Joe can find them faster than I can.

Having a private balcony cabin at the rear of the Explorer we had planned to duplicate my friends approach to sex on a ship. They removed the mattrice from one of their beds and placed it on the balcony of their Carnival cruise ship. Great atmosphere right. Well when we saw our beautiful balcony which was approx. 10'x10' our plans were spoiled, our private balcony could be seen by no less than four other balconies.

The AMERICAN QUEEN's showers are a commodious three feet by three feet, or there abouts! There is plenty of room for two!

HHHmmmmm..... Lets see,

The best place to have sex on a ship, is in
the onboard hospital. That way you can have
blood tests performed, check for Herpes, and
last but not least, have an AIDS test before
you "let it all hang out " so to speak.

I was searching a rival Cruise Web site when I found a similar topic to this one. Inventively it was called 'Rock the Boat'. Although it was posted a year ago, it had received zero replies!

What does this say about our members, or indeed their members?
