Donnier, you are very welcome. Keitaro, I agree with you, the prices are too high giving the vessel, etc. I doubt they could get the full ship without the "$99 for a run of a ship room" deals.

Here's a link to a previous thread where Patrick lists all her previous names, and there's a photo there too as Magic I.
That picture above can only be the top suite. I expect the majority of cabins will be tiny.

The ship is a sistership of Festival's THE AZUR. But do not expect the same comfort-level onboard the MAGIC I as you'll find onboard THE AZUR.
The cabin which is shown is indeed on of the suite on the top-deck. All other cabins a rather tiny.
Even if this vessel is a sister to THE AZUR (a nearby-sister to REGAL VOYAGER too), the ship has a quite different layout inside. Dining-room, casino, bars, lounges and shops are located differently to those of THE AZUR which makes the ship not as far as pleasant than THE AZUR.
Be carefull, from outside it might look nice, but it has not the same "cruiseship"-quality as THE AZUR has. the MAGIC I still kept lots of her ferry-features from her times with Color Line.
I can just hope that the new operator will perfom some intensive changes on that to not end in a flop by operating this ship.

I don't think so Pam. The deck plan (below) doesn't show the rooms tiny.

I don't know, we'll have to wait and see when she starts her cruising. Perhaps Dambrosi will scout her out for us Might be worth a short trip on her anyway. All I know is that when we went on her our cabin was very small indeed and basic. However she will have undergone a fair amount of refurbishment since then. I hope so anyhow.

Dambrosi, the drinks were planted for the photo I was underage for drinking and just fell asleep bored. Dad thought it amusing to make me appear drunk and swapped the glass of lemonade with beers!
