Malcolm, the Ocean Bar, Club Room and Lido restaurant/terrace are free to visit. Once on board you can buy a tour and have a choice of three tours. I suggest to take the 'Rotterdam complete' at 16.-- euro per person, which leads you to the bridge, rooms on Bridge deck, foredeck and engine room. The three rooms mentioned are run by the hotel. All other rooms are run by 'On Board On Shore' and are closed for visitors. You can hire those for conferences or big parties. So as a visitor you have very limited access.
Later this year, the OLS will organise a visit. For more info, contact the vice chairman D T-J.
