If only the backers had began their plans in the early 1990's when the ship was still in service. They might have succeeded. The Britanis might had been the 2nd ship to become a static attraction(like the Queen Mary) is the money was there. Too bad it wasn't.
What's surprising is the fact that the Big U is still around while most of her contemporaries are gone.
