Looking for budget E.Med cruise of about 10-12 days June 2006 (25th anniversary cruise)
I have been searching the web for cruises found many high priced cruises but I am looking for a budget cruise since we will be cruising for more than 7 days (plus we would like to bring our two kids with us). Does anyone have any suggestions, I found some info on Louis cruise lines but no pricing.

If you can hang another couple of months MSC might have something interesting for next year. They cruise out of Venice. Their newer ships do 7 day cruises, but I think their older ships - Rhapsody, Melody, etc - do longer cruises, often in the E. Med.

Ufortunately I don't think they'll be publishing their summer 2006 schedules until the back end of October.

Excluding 'Easycruise': Royal Caribbean (RCI) and the Norwegian Cruise Line are possibly two of the cheaper cruise lines.

RCI have a very good web site which you can use to get an on-line quote, but don't book via it. A specialist cruie TA will give you extra discount onto of anything in the brochures.

The NCL web site does not seem to give accurate quotes?

Louis Lines is basic in Food, Service, Entertainment, Cabins and so on.

I made an Cruise in 2004 on the Sapphire for 11 Nights to the Eastern Med.

My Wife and i booked an Inside Cabin for 614 Euro and get an Outside which was normally priced at 1599 for our Money.

Thew Destinations are good, the Food is tasty, the Crew friendly, the Ships old.

I would book again.
