I see that 6 ships from various lines are in port today. The airport is still partially closed. buses are being used to transport people from Miami. The logistics must be a nightmare.
Let's hope that no cruisers were affected by this senseless tragic event.

Last night, passengers from the airport were transported to Port Everglades by taxi, bus and Uber. All their luggage was transported as well. Air BNB was providing places to stay and uber providing free shuttles all night.

Cruise ships in port yesterday left quite late last night. as of today 20,000 bags had to be returned to passengers waiting for flight and luggage. Not sure if passengers from the airport are still at the Port today, or where that stands.

The airport terminal 2 is still closed as of this hour, and flights are not up and running full. Airlines are using other airport access, MIA and such to get passengers on the ground. I am sure that cruise time tables have been disrupted because the airport is partially closed still. That might affect departure times today for ships in FLL and MIA as Fort Lauderdale is port of entry for both ports.
