There is also the small ship cruising from Montego Bay circumnavigating the island as well, that has been up and running for some time.

RCI is bringing Empress of the Seas back into the fold, after a major refit this spring. Monarch of the Seas in still in the fold as well, sailing from Cape Canaveral, when she re-positions.
The ship sailing from Montego Bay to Cuba, I think is still running that cruise. I haven't seen any changes to that itinerary.
The fact that so many smaller ships, in relation to all the Big ones, that are still sailing for all the lines out of Florida ports, are good contenders, once the laws are totally opened up, to begin serving the Caribbean market, bringing Cuba into itineraries in the next to near future.
I think the getting will be good once the U.S. and Cuba normalize travel between the U.S. and Cuba. I am sure the cruise lines are already planning future contingencies when Cuba finally opens up.
I would wonder if travel to Cuba was on the topic table at the latest cruise symposium in Fort Lauderdale not long ago.
