Oxford UK has a Hotel which is a converted prison. Many of the guest rooms are converted inmates cells: See Here

Malcom,

was it the one that was laid up a long time in Southampton?
It had a red hull and was smaller than the controvertial prison ship from Portland....
It certainly would appeal to me considering the extorsionate rates in the UK which seems to run ut of land just like Holland!
