The ship is of course Crystal Symphony.

I first though I recognized Berta but now I am sure that it must be another cow.

The cow, unlike the crew, was tipped!

In all seriousness, the photo was taken in Chan May, the POE for Hue,Vietnam. And the cows are actually not cows, they are water buffalo.
