Ernie - who is looking forward to some completely new designs... and now has SSUS to look forward to. Her reconstruction will be far more exciting then any newbuild as far as I'm concerned.
There are no other newbuilds I'm really looking forward to. The last two of the above are interesting only because they'll be a different Carnival division's take on an old design. The rest are just going to be copies of what came before.
I am much, much more interested in SSUS and Indy conversions than any newbuilds except QM2. Project America is interesting but not as interesting as SSUS/Indy. And QUEEN VICTORIA to see if she lives up to her name (I doubt it). Aside from that, nothing that I'm really awaiting. They'll all be pretty dull at least until someone comes up with a bona fide new design which we have not seen in a couple of years now. C'est la vie in the world of production-line cruise ships.

OK, put that in the "minor interest" category with COSTA FORTUNA, which should have a few interesting deviations from the regular DESTINY-class.
