"Q. How much are the annual Maintenance Costs and what exactly do they cover?
Maintenance Costs start as low as $216.- per month per passenger; however the average Maintenance Costs are about $360.- per month per passenger.
This covers all your possible living expenses including fuel, crew's wages, repairs, maintenance and depreciation and most of the ship's services including some beauty treatments."
There is simply no way you can pay for fuel and wages and maintenance for 360$/passenger/month.
