I was trying to navigate around the site for the Ocean Dream ex. Sun Princess but it is only in Chinese.

Any one here read Chinese? Was curious on the itineraries and if they had a deck plan of the ship anywhere on the site.

See here for her itineraries, dates, pricing, booking, review etc.. there are also many photos on the Facebook site, but no deckplans afaics.

FWIW I am using Google Chrome as a browser and it offers to translate it automatically. Does a pretty good job at least well enough to navigate

Appears the Ocean Dream is just that a dream now ... she was laid up again after the latest program failed. Some people are starting to speculate that she could be headed to the scrap yard very soon .....

Having had a major refit, as shown by the pictures on the new owners website, I do not think they will want to get rid of the ship in such a short time !

It is not the first time that a cruise ship has been laid up pending use in another area ,

What prove have you that the present programme has failed as I know a retired member of Princess Cruises who lives near the area where she has been operating her four night cruises and he has not commented that she is laid up in his recent communications !

It would be a huge shame to see this classic ship to the scrapyard. I was elated the the ship escape that fate to become a cruise ship once again...Even in a limited capacity.

I heard she had been laid up from a shipping reporter in Asia. I can not remember where but I saw a recent photo of the ship cover in rust again clearly showing a lack of maintenance.

How recent is recent regarding this picture of the Ocean Dream as the website pictures of her, after her refit, are not all that old ?

Your comment seems to be rather vague !

Are you sure they were not taken before she was re-fitted.

If I could remember where I saw the picture I would not be so vague!

It was a current picture of the ship in Thailand! She looked rusty and beat up again! Between the rust you could see the Ocean Dream (the new markings and name, etc.) looking a lot like an ocean nightmare!

The Chinese owned 1972 built 17,053 grt. cruise ship ' Ocean Dream ' which entered service as the P & O Cruises ' Spirit of London ', was showing on the AIS ship position maps as cruising at speeds between 8.7 and 11 knots in the Gulf of Thailand on the 19th and 20th October 2012.

She was heading to Cambodia so would appear to still be cruising !
