The end of an era.

Her profile is similar to APL's converted troopers ss President Wilson/Cleveland which were a familiar site in San Fran 40-plus years ago.

So true. I was watching her on four different webcams at the same time, and as she passed under the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge it just so seemed sad, a last look at a piece of maritime history. Then she was gone.

Actually sad fore such a handsome vessel, she never was used as a liner or cruise ship. I guess with a well thought plan she would have be a very nice passenger liner.
