Could you help me find/check the name and other details for this old Japaneseferry? According to the posting it is the GYOKURYU MARU of Arimura Sangyo, but Ican not find any data for a ferry by that name. Besides, I think the funnelcolours aren't of Arimura Sangyo, but of Amami Kaiun:

Checks of Bruce Peter's book "Japanese ferries" and a Japanese-languageencyclopedia of Japanese ferries have yielded nothing so far.

thanks Pam, I thought it might be that one.
She was converted in 1987 and became FERRY AMAMI then sold to the Philippines in 1989 becoming ZAMBOANGA - scrapped in 2000
