Well Pam, Patsy and me where of to the Maritime museum and the Buffel. sadly time was limited due to the late arrival of the Boudicca we closed the day of in Hotel New York talking about ships and some gossiping about YOU our Cruise Talk friends no just jocking a bit. Sadly after Pam and patsy where back aboard the moved the departure time about 1 hour. But it was a fantastic day with 2 fantastic lady's and a nice meeting with Garry.

Hi Ben,

Looks like you had a great little CT meeting, had I known I would have come to Rotterdam as well. Maybe next time.

Best, Onno

Indeed it was a wonderful day. It was nice to visit the Maritime museum and the Buffel. Sadly times fly and departure time arrive. Sad that they not informed all passengers that departure was moved from 17.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs.

Greetings Ben.

here's a piccie of boudicca from euromast with insert of a shipspotter and someone in a stupid hat

we had a great day, indeed great cruise. look forward to the next! was nice to share the ship with the 2 feisty ladies.

good to meet ben, albeit for a fleeting moment. erasmus would have been proud as 5 modern day humanists met on his namesake bridge.

That is a wonderful photo indeed, a beautiful day - certainly worth the ride up there for that alone. Shame about the hat

It looks like I missed out on a fun day!

It brings back fond memories of my brief meeting with Onno in Rotterdam in 2005 before a delightful cruise to the Baltic aboard ROTTERDAM.

Once ROTTERDAM (V) makes it back to Rotterdam I will have to visit and hopefully I will be able to stay for a while and see a bit more of the Netherlands, though of course a return visit to the Rotterdam Maritime Museum will be required.

Neil, I'm a redhead so you'll get a good argument from me.

Gaz, no chance of missing you with that hat. If I lost Pam on the ship I'd look for that as I'd be sure, like our departure, she was with you!

Ben, great day again. Pity they didn't tell us before we got off about the extra hour. Could have done the water taxi. Oh well. Pam got to ride on Dutch transport anyway.

LOL! Did you get Marco Polo sailing? Forgot to ask onboard. We would have preferred it from Bouddy. Well I would. It's a pain taking pictures from a boat unless it slow and calm. It was nice getting her going behind the islands though.

Radish topping on desserts will become THE thing. You watch. I'll have started a trend!
