Within the Dutch version of the renewed website of De Rotterdam BV http://www.derotterdam.com (click on 'organisatie' and than on 'cruise hotel') I found some information about the hotelrooms. Unfortunately the information is not complete. I cannot find if breakfast is included or not and they only state starting prices.

289 four star rooms will be available as of 31 March 2008.
124 'original' rooms, 76 'Manhattan' rooms and an unknown number 'Bahama' rooms.

Inside Cabins (original, Manhattan and Bahama) start at Euro 95,-- per room/per night. Most of them are double, some will be triple.
Outside Cabins (original, Manhattan, Bahama) start at Euro 110,-- per room/per night.
Suite Cabins (original, Manhattan and Bahama) start at Euro 150,-- per room/per night.
Luxury Cabins (original) start at Euro 210,-- per room/per night. Some of these cabins are situated on Boatdeck and Sundeck and are the former cabins of the officers.
Royal Cabins (original), being the luxury cabins 196 and 198 on Lower Promenadedeck, start at Euro 475,-- per room/per night. In addition the
'servant' cabins can be booked.
Home Cabins (Manhattan) start at Euro 85,-- per room/per night and can be booked only for a minimum of 30 successive days. These cabins have a fully equipped pantry.
