Hello everyone.

The cruise season 2016 is only days away,wednesday may 4 will the first cruise ship arrive here in Olden.

This season we waiting 86 calls 31 more than last year.

The coming season will also have many maiden calls someting we always like for 2017 it is booked 89 so far and for 2018 its already 35 booked

Thanks jeffrossatsea and PamM.... i must say im agree,its sad they change the livery of the P&O fleet....same with Saga,i miss the yellow funnel.... Monday is Boudicca coming on her first visit this year with the new livery,i look forward to see it in real.

Friday 20.05 was Aurora on a visit,and next time she will spend the night in port.

And the day after Marco Polo was back in Olden for the first time since october 2014.

The first photos from Geiranger this season ( I lost MSC Musica may 17 with 30 min. ) Many ships i dont have pictures of so it will be a busy season

Europa 2 maiden call at Olden 08 july,this was her only visit to the port this season but she is booked for 2017 and then also Europa.

Le Boreal arrive in Olden for the last time this season today,she will also be back next year together with sister ship Le Solčal.

A few suprises this year..... AIDAsol was change route because of bad weather earlier in august,the ship arrive just before midnight and spent the night and next day in port. Beginning of september MSC Musica was change itinerary also because of bad weather and high waves,because of this the ship add Olden as port of call

The season 2016 is soon at the end,only 2 arrivals left. Marco Polo 20.09 and Magellan 01.11 For the 2017 season it looks GREAT Its almost 100 visits booked so far I cross my fingers for 100 calls 2017.

The last 2 years i have made calendars and sold in the store here in the village,its have been popular,people buy for them self and as christmas gift

Boudicca is a beauty who visit port every summer,season 2017 all 3 sister are visit Olden,sadly not on same day

Monarch and Pullmantur Cruises had maiden call and maiden season in Olden this summer.
