Absolutely fabulous photos, many thanks. She looks so smart in those colours & Odessa'a Cruise terminal looks good too.
Do you know who the figurehead is? or where it came from? her original days as RV sea?
I want that wonderful model!
Pam

She looks great! I wonder why no logo on the starboard side of the funnel as well as her name is missing on her sign board above the bridge. Other than that, she is a modern classic.

Hi everybody,

excellent pictures, thanks rage ! I can't wait to be in Odessa again as from next Saturday on. It is great that this year quite a lot of foreign passenger vessels are calling in Odessa.

To lasuvidaboy: The vessel never had any logo on its funnel when it was operating as the CROWN in Spain. Now of course she has Phoenix' logo on each side of the funnel.

The passenger terminal in Odessa is very modern as it was constructed only some years ago. Fantastic eye-catcher is Hotel (Kempinski) Odessa.

I hope that I find the time to provide you some updated pictures on ODESSA, TARAS SHEVCHENKO and THE JASMINE.

Patrick

Sorry-my mistake. I finally realized that the starboard view was of her when she was know as 'Crown' with no logo on her all blue funnel and side shields. She looks great with her stack in black and the teal blue painted accents.

Rage, thank you for the photos. It is so nice to see the new Morvokzal as I grew up in Odessa and lived within a 10 minute walk from the ship terminal.

Patrick, I am so jelaous I hope to visit Odessa some time soon again, but it won't be until Summer of 2005.
