I also would have really enjoyed an Atlantic crossing on Queen Mary (1936).

Probably the Nieuw Amsterdam 2 to see her Dutch Deco interiors (though I doubt I would be travelling first class) spending some time on Andrea Doria would be nice as well (I’m currently making a model of her so that’s why)
Does QE2 in her maiden modern 70’s look count as well?

Of course, but then I'd like to do it again in Second and then again in Third, but perhaps in reverse order, so I could experience it all and the differences between the three classes.

However I'd have to say I would like to sail on the Rex or Conte di Savoia in their prime. Big, Beautiful, and fast! A shame that like many ships their lives were cut short.
Since you sort of asked two questions, I am going to give two answers.
If I could go back and travel on any ship I couldn't pick just one. I have narrowed it down to three...
1. Aquitania. Always loved her.2. Ile de France when she sped to assist Andrea Doria.3. And if I was able to take what I know now with me when I traveled back, I would definately want to be a passenger on Carpathia.
If I could bring one back? That's easy. The Queen Mary would be sailing along with QM2.

Make sure Queen Mary will be sailing on the good side of QM2, if she’s behind QM2 then she would be dwarfed and you won’t see her.

Brittania the first Cunard Liner.
Rotterdam the first Holland America Liner. Also bringing here back.
Rotterdam 4 / Statendam 3 i wonder how it was a/b these fine ships.
Conta di Savoya just experians the South route to New York a/b this ship.
Dempo / Balaroen off the Rotterdam Lloyd fore there wonderfull interior decorations and to sail the old colonial route to Netherlands Indonesia. Happy now the Republic off Indonesia.
Nieuw Amsterdam 2. The maiden voyage a voyage as troop ship. Rebuilt here, sail here, feel here, experians here to love here.

Ahhhh yes, of course. However, it supposedly got very stuffy and hot in that ship once they got down to the tropics. The First Class dining room was the only room aboard which had air conditioning.
