Does anyone have a nomination for the most attractive:

1) Interiors (classic and modern)
2)Exteriors (classic and modern)

Thanks

Well I would say
Modern Ship Exterior: Star Princess, she may not look too good but one of the best they build nowadays.

Classic Ship Exterior:
Michelangelo: long and sleek with beautiful funnels!

Modern Ship Interior:
Norwegian Dawn: very pretty for a large cruise ship

Classic Ship Interior: very close but from the pictures, I'd say the Andrea Doria or Christoforo Colombo.

Ugliest:

Exterior: Millenium and Oriana 1960

I think there is a little confusion. What I am asking is:

1) Best Interiors (classic and modern)
2)Best Exteriors (classic and modern)

Sorry if I am a little picky..

Best Exteriors: Oriana, Aurora, Radiance of the Seas, Superstar Leo, Norwegian Star... basically anything built by Meyer Werft.

Best Interiors: Radiance of the Seas

LOL true, I still like the interiors of the Carnival Spirit, she also has a nice sleep outside design, with the exception of her drop down aft -they could have sloped it better IMHO.

I think the idea of this poll is to choose the most attractive (the opposite of the ugliest) and so if she does not look too good, there is probably a better choice .

Anyhow, of ships built from 2002 onwards (the criteria of the "ugliest" competition), I'd have to say that the best exterior is SEVEN SEAS VOYAGER (she seems to minimize the apartment-block look as much as possible). Best interior would probably be MSC LIRICA.

Of course if we're talking all ships currently in service, I would say that the best exterior is ORIANA while the best interiors are DEUTSCHLAND's. Second place on both counts goes to COSTA CLASSICA/ROMANTICA.

Uhh, is there something I dont understand? Best exterior/interior is exactly the same as "most attractive!" Or perhaps we should have Keitaro change his post to it is agreeable to NY

Hmmm... this one is tough. as for the exteriors I would say that the classic exterior would go to wither the Norway or the Caronia... I like them both. Interiro wise I couldn't say... the Norway ain't what she used to be.

Modern ships... exterior would be the Disney vessals, they look the most like classic liners with their shapes and color scheme. Interior goes hands down to the Norwegian Dawn. The inside spaces are beautiful, fun bu t not tacky.

Staterooms are a whole different story!
