Since Hurricane Frances severely damaged the hotel we were going to on Grand Bahama, we decided to go visit family with our time off. This time, we will be trying out the Badger Boatel and stay overnight the night before our crossing.
The Badger has some new features and seating areas. I'm looking forward to seeing what's new in the gift shop!
We are very excited about this! I'll have details (and hopefully pictures) when we get back!
I wish that I could be on the BADGER too. As you know, she has a warm spot in my heart. My last trip on her during October 2002 the weather was wonderful and the boat looked great near the end of her 49th. season that year.
Like the Str. BELLE OF LOUISVILLE (1914) and the DELTA QUEEN (1927) the BADGER is a bit of America's grand maritime history and very worthy of support!
