What has been your favorite cruise destination? Any port or place.
I really liked Huahuine in French Polynesia-unspoiled tropical island. A real paradise!!

Mine has to be Alaska, cruised there five times...(Malcolm is rolling his eyes

about now)!

-Volendam (VAN r/t)
-Spirit of Oceanus (Juneau-Victoria S/B)
-Dawn Princess (N/B from VAN)
-Galaxy (11-nts from LAX-VAN)
-Sun Princess (S/B from Seward)

A very close second would be Canada/New England, a 10-nt cruise I did in one late May on Rotterdam VI NYC-Montreal.

Favorite port to sail into has to be San Francisco, and going under the Golden Gate Bridge. Definitely a breath-taking experience!

Favorite port to cruise out of...New York City's Manhattan terminals on a busy cruise day.

It is difficult to narrow it down - if I had to I would say NORWAY - it just perfect for a cruise vacation.

Alaska (a/b Zaandam).
I like Ketchikan fore here old red light area

Above all Alaska nature is so beautifull and verry impressif. And the smell i never forgat it.

That's funny, because I did.

I'm not anti-Alaska, as such. I just wish fewer people knew about it. It is certainly more facinating to me than the Caribbean.

The Baltic is great for facinating cities, the Med also has it's share of great cities, and Norway is like an uncrowded Alaska.

There is still much of the world I've not seen by ship, so I will reserve judgement.

I do not mean to be repetitive, but mine would be Alaska as well...on the Island Princess. Haven't been to the Med, but hope to next year.

Best cruise? 14 days or more with no ports of call, and no land on the horizon.

ouvea in loyalty islands a new port with p@o australia its by a 20 min tender trip and i think one of the most beautiful beaches in the world i ve been there twice on pacific sky and had just magical weather both times

I agree with DMWNC1 on New England being a favorite itinerary. Another beaut is the Norwegian Coast on the Hurtigruten.

For those with good sea legs are the Winter trans-Atlantic crossings. Cunard is a floating Fellini movie where the passengers are the entertainment.

Oceania Regatta November crossing is a delight.
