The folks at Business Insider recently surveyed 1603 people from across the country, asking them how they feel about different states here in the United States. Respondents then answered with a state different than their own.

I find New Jersey to be the rudest. The bloated and bombastic governor as the example

I actually like Chris Christie. I don't always agree with him but at least he is firm, decisive and refreshingly honest - which are traits you don't find in 98% of US politicians.

Before the days of EZ-Pass, I would drive from NYC to Washington. The toll takers at the Delaware Water Gap were friendly smiling, and patient when organizing change. At any of the exits north of Edison, they were scowling, impatient, and downright nasty.

Christie? he is walking a tightrope with his conservative backers, and his moderate, by southern standards voters.

I believe all the toll-takers from Edison and north were recruited from Staten Island and Queens.
