hi there
On other websites, I have heard nothing but awful comments about the Topaz cruise ship. I would just like to add that a party of 25 of us went on a cruise in jan 2001 to madeira, Tenerife, Lanzarote, Gran Canaria and Morocco. I never thought we would be able to go on a cruise with children (Ours were 8, 2 and 1 !), but we had a lovely time. The children really enjoyed it. The food and drinks were all free and the price was £500 each for myself/husband, £250 for the 8 & 2 yr old, and £29 for th 1 yr old. The ship itself wasn't very formal. You could dress up if you wanted to. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would like to do it again (Although when the children are older !!)

Hello lovelylass

Great to hear that you and your entire family loved your cruise. You just can't believe all that you read or hear. An old saying is that even the worst day of cruising still beats the best day at work!!!

Great stuff and may you have many more.

Cruisinisfine!

Peter

I would like to second what lovelylass has said. I went on the Topaz back in Aug 2000 and had a great time. Food and drink were excellent. The kids had a great time in the kids club. The only thing negative I could say was the cabins were a little on the small size especially if there are 4 of you.
Good value for money

Kimberley
