I'm happy to announce that a new, Deluxe Limited Edition of my Bremen/Europa is now available. This new version is 13"x11" and features nearly 500 photographs, deck plan comparisons of First Class public rooms, a cutaway of Bremen and a new chapter, Bremen and Europa in Art. The photos, many of which have never been seen before, have been reproduced beautifully and are quite large.

Right now folks can receive $10 off the cover price PLUS, if the promotion code ADBLURB is used during checkout, an additional 20% will be deducted. The book is manufactured when it's ordered and usually takes about a week to 10 days to arrive (just in time for Christmas...hint, hint).

My copy arrived yesterday, only 5 days after ordering, and it's fantastic! I'm very familiar with the original edition of this book, but the Deluxe Edition offers so much more: large, clear photos let you really see details and features of the ships' exteriors and interiors. Additional plans at the back of the book are wonderful for rivet counters like myself!

If you missed getting this book a year ago, and you have an interest in these ships, then by all means, treat yourself and get a copy!

This book does look amazing and Russ should be extremely proud!

I never had much interest in BREMEN/EUROPA, but perhaps it's time I have another look.

I will have to seriously consider ordering a copy, and it's never a bad thing to learn even more about ships!

Ernie.....Russ' first edition was a great book. This second one looks even more complete. I do not think you can go wrong. Same advice for anyone else who may be considering it.....

Rich, I'm glad the book arrived so quickly and that you're pleased. I did find a few errors in the text (mostly typos on my part...shoot me!) but they have since been corrected and all copies here on out should be fine. I am thrilled with the quality of the photos.

I have to thank CT'ers Dirk and Rich for helping out, both the original version as well as this new edition....so, thanks for your generosity!

I have just built a simple web page that has a gallery of 28 photos of the actual book, not the flat, digitally generated preview on the publisher's site. The link is below. I've also included a few photos here as well.
