Haven’t posted much lately and there’s a good reason why. Truth is I’ve been pretty busy working on a book about the pre-WW2 German liners, Bremen and Europa. The Maritime Publishing Company in England is the publisher and, if everything goes according to schedule, it should be released in September. The book will be hardbound, about 200 pages and will contain approximately 300 photos (many in color). Three chapters alone are dedicated to just interiors and there is also be a section on ephemera.
Much of the text is written and I have most of the photos I need but, and this brings me to a request, if anyone has unusual or previously unreleased photos of Bremen, Europa, or Liberte’ or if anyone has interesting stories relating to either ship, and you are willing to share, please email me at luvs2crz@yahoo.com
So far, several folks have been very generous with photos and time; including Rich. Dirk (NAL) and I will be talking about his experience on Liberte’ and many non-CT members are also helping.
A link to the cover is below.

Check your private messages. I look forward to your book. The Bremen and Europa are two of my favorite liners, and I may have an artifact from the Bremen that I've had trouble confirming for years.
