Where are the bow thrusters? Are they capped over or something?

QE2's Bow Thrusters had doors, that closed tight with the contour of the hull to ensure the ship remain streamlined during high-speed Atlantic crossings, so they're a bit hard to spot.

Thanks Chris. I didn't realize that about QE2. I knew QM2 had the thruster doors, in fact didn't one or more blow off during trials? I assume they were able to correct that issue.
I wonder how many passenger ships have thruster doors? I'm guessing not many.
