It's good to see an operator that seems to know what they are doing and has the $$$ to invest at last.

I used to love staying on her, but the rates just got to the point where I could stay at better hotels for far less money.

Thank you for this interesting update. I am very glad to read some positive news about QM. I look forward to my next visit. I was delighted to have the experience of staying on board three generations of Cunard liners in the space of a year; on Queen Mary, QE2 & QM2.

I would love to see more cruises departing from Long Beach, with lines other than Carnival, so that QM could be used for pre- & post cruise accomodation.

im going down to stay on her for the first time in may before leaving for vancouver on zuiderdam!! have been on her before but always to late to gain access to most of the public rooms, i cant wait to be able to explore properly!! very excited......

nice one enjoy it, when do u get into vancover? i am going onboard her on 24th april and going on ncl starv to vancover we arrive on 2nd may syating there until 7th on zaandam to seattle

Nice to hear some good news about QM's up keep for a change. It will obviously take time but it's a start. Can't say I've been on 3 generations of Queens like bcscot, but I did visit the QM in '75 and stayed on her in '97 and of course will be sailing on the QM2 in Aug.

i get into vamcouver on may 9th.. so just after!! if you've not been before its an amazing city, its becoming an anual trip for me. did coral princess last year in may!!! hope you enjoy it also!!! am going alone on zuiderdam, hopefully there will be a good mix of people on board..

i'll hopefully get pics of qm1 on here and also of zuiderdam....
