They where a league on there own the Liners. The tss Rotterdam in 1997 did 26 knots some say she did 28 knots, with here original engines and boilers. There is simply no need fore faster ships nowadays. Although the QM2 is able to sail 29 knots, the ms Rotterdam 26 knots The Vista's 24 knots.
