Hi all,

Here are a couple of pictures of my latest micro model, this time I scratch build the NAL liner Vistafjord. The scale is roughly 1:2060, see picture with pencil sharpener for size reference.

Beautiful work as always Onno! The thing that really sets your models apart is the attention to proportion and the flare of the bows/sheer etc. You really do your work like a ship chandler.

Somewhere I missed any discussion of the materials you're using. Is this cardboard and plaster?

Fantastic, Onno. You have really captured the beauty of that hull, surely one of the most beautiful of all time. I am sure you meant NAL, not SAL. Continued good luck with your wonderful work!

Whoops, I fixed that little typo (sometimes my fingers type faster then my brain)

Really good Onno. How do you make them and did you figur it out on your own or did someone teach you how to do that? Again really good and beautiful.

Very nice model..especially when one compares the pencil sharpener...
Onno do you have a forward view showing the bridge?
By the way Onno, should I save you the(Titanic, QE/M2) pencil sharpeners from UK?
They just released a Concorde and are available at most tourist places.
I bet your Vistafjord would seel at Southampton Maritime museum!
