O.K. which CruiseTalker has taken the longest cruise and how long? I can only boast 2 weeks, can you beat that?

(Working on a ship or being in the Navy etc does not count!)

19 days, but that is nothing compared to some of our posters. Loved every minute of it and would have liked to stay on longer.

22 nights on Vistafjord is the longest so far. 24 nights coming up next year, but that's split 18 on Caronia and 6 on QE2.

16 night on Costa Romantica for a transatlantic crossing. It was a superb cruise at a very good price(Costa generally doesn't offer the best value for cruising).

Malcolm....

I could easily have stayed aboard for another
41 days....great cruise in spite of the poor
weather. The SS Volendam was a great ship
when HAL first had her.....max of 500 pax.
We had about 375 who did the entire cruise
and about another 75 who did the T/A cross-
ing on the return leg. Large cabins, good
sea-boat, very comfortable vessel.....she
had a good following as did SS Veendam.

Our longest cruise was 22 wonderful nights on the Seabourn Sun.

Terry, did you find at the end of your World Cruise that you were ready to disembark or Would you have preferred to continue cruising?

Not the longest but maybe the best so far and certainly the most recent: 18 days on the CARONIA which ended yesterday.

It was a long ride (5600 sea miles) and certainly relaxing (11 days at sea) but it's back to the real world in the morning.

Damn.
