I have enjoyed reading all your posts and feel that I know some of you quite well.
We, Sandra and I, started cruising in 1988 with a trip up the Nile. Since then we have cruised almost exclusivly with Cunard - on Princess, Sagafjord, Crown Dynasty, QE2(3 times), Vistafjord(3 1/2 times), Royal Viking Sun and Sea Goddess II - we defected to Royal Cruise Line in 1993 for a trip on Crown Oddessy.
Future plans include a transatlantic crossing, via Iceland, next July on Caronia with the return crossing on QE2. And of course the maiden voyage of the most significant new ship in thirty years - QM2.
I look forward to becoming an active member of the board.
Regards, Colin.
It's nice to see another Scot.
Happy cruisin'

Feel free to write a review or two of your cruise experiences for our 'passenger review' section.
We've had one or two disapoointed QE2 passengers of late. I trust that you have always been pleased?

Nice to have another local on the board.
Malcolm,I've written a few reviews and they are posted elsewhere on the web. You're welcome to them too, just let me know, but they will now be a bit out of date. Yes, we've always been pleased with QE2, but I've seen the negative reviews as well and been concerned.
Winner,Well, it should have been a sixteen day transatlantic but in the middle of our first night out of Ft. Lauderdale there was a fire in the laundry store room. We headed into Freeport, Bahamas and were flown home from there. It hardly counts as a cruise, but as our most memorable cruise experience, it has to be in the list somewhere.
