Thanks!

The old one included more information and was less confusing.
It was certainly not on par with the web sites of major cruise lines, but neither is this one.
CDF also has a very poor web site.
It is nice to see that a full English version of the new Pullmantur Cruises website is available.
I have found no problems in using the website or finding out details about the ships, the cruise fares or the ships schedules.
It would seem to me the website has been designed to be used in the future to book cruises direct with the company and cut out the travel agents !
This is not a surprise as I have experience many problems from passengers being given wrong information by their travel agent about a cruise, the ship and its facilities !
With booking direct this should not happen !
The English version of the website would also appear to have been designed with the European market in mind and intended to be used by prospective passengers or ex seafarers !!
It is not intended to be a glossy magazine of pictures of their ships !

Actually it has to me twice in recent months, with P&O. The staff in Southampton are thick to be polite.

Perhaps they should walk that plank which you did not mention !

Sovereign looks indeed not OK with that funnel. But it's a bad paint job.
What cane you expect on a Pullmantur Cruise service, additional cost etc. etc.
Greetings Ben.

Pullmantur has a "all included" system for drinks but not for excursions and spa.
