Hopefully, RCL will increase its use of BioFUels, and more lines will follow in the footsteps of lesseining cruising's Carbon footprint.
While expensive and difficult it is technically almost possible already so hopefully it won't be long, however as in all things it will probably take regulation or the threat of regualtion, I could foresee that environmentally sensitive areas such as the Galapagos, Antartica, Greenland and others will perhaps introduce this and then the lines will respond.

What about sailing ships?
I would be very careful about 'biofuels' - the CO2 balance and the impact on the environment is in some cases worse (!) than for normal fuel.
It is a long way to a 'zero emission' cruise ship - LNG might be an interesting intermediate step.
And sailing ships are an interesting option - even when not sailing all the time fuel can be saved.
