Here's they press release put out:

Angry Passengers Get Bumped for Trump By Cruise Line

Hold Rally & Press Conference in Outcry Over Tragic Plight

NEW YORK, June 10
Angry Norwegian cruise line passengers that risked their lives as they were tragically forced back at sea and subjected to 70 foot waves so the boat could be featured on Donald Trump's television show, "The Apprentice," will hold a press conference with their attorneys and hold a rally overlooking the New York waters, Monday, June 13th at 11:00 AM, Pier 17-South St. Seaport, 3rd Floor, Harbour Lights restaurant in Manhattan.

Last month, a Norwegian cruise liner with 2,500 passengers from New York City headed to the Bahamas and was forced to return early for a taping of Donald Trump's TV show, "The Apprentice." The angry passengers' lives were put in jeopardy as they were subjected to a torrential storm with 70 foot tidal waves that flooded many cabins and caused injuries to passengers, just so the boat could be featured on Trump's show.

GREAT VISUALS OVERLOOKING NEW YORK CITY WATERWAYS AND PIER.

DATE: Monday, June 13th

TIME: 11:00 AM

LOCATION: Pier 17 - 3rd Floor

Unbelievable, gotta love the good ol USA, land of the lawsuit.

The US Coast Guard has already publicly acknowledged the captain did everything right and did not put the ship at unnecessary risk.

More slimy lawyers and passengers jumping on the non-existent band wagon....

From Travel Weekly:

Norwegian Dawn pax to file lawsuit in case of 'rogue wave' (06/13/2005)

By Rebecca Tobin

MIAMI -- About 30 passengers on the Norwegian Dawn’s April 10 cruise are poised to file a lawsuit against Norwegian Cruise Line that claims the line intentionally put passengers “in a zone of danger,” according to an attorney involved in the case. The Dawn was en route from the Bahamas to New York when it encountered high seas and a 70-foot rogue wave, causing damage to several cabins and minor injuries to four passengers.

Brett Rivkind, a Miami-based lawyer, said the suit would be filed June 13 or 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami. “[We’re] alleging the company deliberately went into a storm in order to arrive in New York at a designated time because they had a filming scheduled with ‘The Apprentice’ TV show,” Rivkind said. The suit will seek class-action status and will ask for compensation “in excess of $100 million” in damages, Rivkind said.

In a statement, NCL pointed to a May 11 report by the Bahamas Maritime Authority, where the ship is registered, which said “the captain took appropriate action to reduce the effects of the weather” and “there is no evidence that any real or perceived urgency to arrive at New York earlier was a factor in the handling of the ship.”

NCL said it “considers the matter to be closed.”

They may get a settlement if the passenger's belongings are damaged and the extent of any injuries sustained.

90% of all lawsuits do settle since court costs eat up the residual and stand a good chance of losing all.

It is a stupid idea to have forward facing balcony cabins just for that reason. They would be too windy to sit on at speed. How greedy can NCL get?

Fox News truth? : hmmmmm Dubya's cousin John Ellis is the head of Fox news.
