Changes are probably good. Most companies are undergoing changes in order to increase their passenger base. Certainly, it's time for changes in dining and ports.
The concern I have is about REN's cancelling cruises. There were some references to this out on various boards. It's hard to say if this is isolated or what. I'm going to talk to my TA about this before booking.
I'm not saying the line has been perfect otherwise.... but I think in this competitive marketplace, one has to strike while the iron is hot.
I think Ren offers a nice niche between the Seabourn/Silverseas type of lines... and the mass market lines. I would really hate to see them evaporate into another Carnival/RCCL/NCL.
