We cruised on the Imagination four years ago and found it to be a great ship, easy to find your way around, no lineups and lots to do and see. We did the western carribean 7 day cruise then.

If you want anything specific, let me know and I will try to help you out.

Youaregoingonagreatship.

Thanks for replies. Unfortunately the reviews you suggested, while helpful, were a couple of years old. Still thanks! I'll be waiting to here about your xmas cruise, geno-r.
Bon Voyage! Anyone else travelled on the "imagination" recently or will be soon???
Also thanks to everyone for replying so quickly. This is a great site!

I am interested in this post, I have posted asking about the Carnivals Sensation. I did not get any replies and this one received some replies. Are the ships comparable or is the Sensation not worth writing about. I really am serious we are starting to get a little worried incase the Sensation is the pits!!!!

We sailed on the Sensation about 3 years ago.

The only real complaints we had then were how prevalent the smokers were, and how cold they kept the interior of the ship. The smoking problem was largely one of clientele--many were European, especially Italian.

However, the ship is now sailing a different itinerary, so that problem may have disappeared.

By the way, welcome aboard KPK, it's nice to have a fellow Brit on board.

Are they using Liverpool as a cruise terminal more these days?
