I have to confess that MSGrumple is my best friend and closest companion and the person in the center of the photograph.

She is the most personable and attractive person I have ever known.

The photograph was taken this April during a stop at Madiera.

In addition to her other talents she can fly and land a 172 Cessna. Occasionally, she misses the runway centerline and adds a bounce or two for excitement.

After PamM's comment concerning the fact that she must be a very young 'retiree', life around here has not been the same. I must therefor end the suspense and get her back to the kitchen.

As to her age, you would be astounded. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to tell.

Thanks Joe and desirod6, to this day I just don't know what went wrong before. I guess that's just one of life's many mysteries. Now, who will be the next victim to step forward?

I agree Sympatico - it's not fair to coax & encourage people to do such a personal thing as publishing a 'self-portrait' while lacking the nerve to do so oneself.

Come on Cruisetalkers - it's fun and it's very unlikely any of us will ever meet!
