This episode was broadcasted on Tuesday night. I know some people already told me it was really an ad for NCL, but kind of interesting hearing about their behind the scenes operations. Also, there are some nice shots of the N. PEARL.

While I do agree that it was a good advertisement for NCL, I do have to say that it was very unbiased. It talked about the competition, and had an interview with a passenger who would prefer to pay for all dining fees upfront...which is something we have seen before. It was nice to learn about the "break-even" amounts they need to get to on each voyage, etc. I really like the whole corporate side of the business.

I really like that show. It was extremely interesting. Peter Greenberg did a behind the scenes report on American Airlines a few years ago. That was very interesting also.

I interviewed that same cruise director (Simon) and the Captain, and the Hotel Manager on the Norwegian Pearl. I thought the show was nicely done. Some odd shots with a fish-eye lens though.

Excellent program! I give NCL credit for placing it on their website. It certainly wasn't all flattering to the line.

I will say without question Andy Stuart is one of my favorite cruise line executives.

Sadly, I don't seem to be able to watch the video - I get a message saying it's only viewable within the United States.
