A Turkish Airlines Boeing 737 crashed near Schiphol Amsterdam Airport.
Carrying 135 passengers and crew sadly 9 died and 50 wounded of which 25 seriously.
How this crash could have happened is not know.
The plane crahed on a field near highway A9, not so far from Schiphol. Eye witness told that the pilots did maneuvering to avoid the plane crashing on the very busy highway.

The current cycle is now complete. They say crashes of this sort happen in 3's. At least the one in New York had no fatalities.

I always thought the cycle of three was for celebrity deaths?

I wonder if this is one was caused by pilot error or mechanical problems. The Buffalo crash appears to be pilot error w/the auto pilot on during decent and the Hudson River ditching a mechanical caused by the bird strike.

These things come about like Old Wife Tales,just legends or some sort of pattern that seems to follow 3 incidents. Not sure of the origin??

In the mean time injuries are up to 83 passengers who where taken to 11 hospitals surrounding Schiphol. Of them 6 are badly injured there is a high possibility they will not survive. The black boxes are found and are investigated. The wreckage will lay in the field till Saturday fore investigation.
