With all the reality shows out there these days, wouldn't it be cool to have a reality show on a cruise ship? There was one dating show that took place on Carnival ships,(Shipmates) sponsored by Carnival, but I think it would be cool to expand on that a bit. Add some elements from Survivor, Fear Factor, maker-over shows, and the Love Connection.

An interesting idea, Barry!

Probably like the USA, we now get a lot of cockery progs and home decorating.

Maybe a team of members of the general public could cook a meal for 2000 guests against the clock, while another team could redcorate the entire ship?

We have had a couple of fly-on-the walls, ship board.

How about a spoof of the wonderful movie "Next to no time"?
The original was about a business deal helped by the daily clock change whilst crossing the Atlantic on Lizzie.
A reality show based on a corporate war onboard would be cool....
Perhaps cookery and love themes could be added, assuring a long serie...

This is the intention of Cunard on the QM2. The equipment is about 80% installed in the Queens Room.

Sorry Phil I dont know of their, plans but i dont think they really do. What i do know is that there's thousands of pounds worth of unused equipment in the Queens Room. My guess would be it will get used at the olympic games.

What happens to contestants when they get voted off? Do they walk the plank or, better yet, get keel hauled? Either would add new meaning to the term "survivor".
