I hope COSTA CLASSICA won't suffer the same indignities as her sister?

It's not yet clear where the GRAND HOLIDAY will end up. It's possible that she'll join her sister in the Costa-fleet as well.
Rumors are going around that Pullmantur is in a similar situation and RCI might end up Pullmantur's operations too.
It seems that the Spanish market is not doing so well anymore. A pity.
I wonder if another little guy like Quail Cruises might try and start up dedicated just to the Spanish market? I know the market has been soft but the success of Pullmantur was all about having a uniquely Spanish product as opposed to Costa's multinational approach.
I think it would be interesting for Carnival to try some new markets with Ibero before shut it down. Pullmantur is betting on Latin American Caribbean, Ibero could try Brazil, Mexico or something. In my view, it's better than just pay for a ship staying docked somewhere without use until it's sold. And, of course, there's always the possibility for the bet to be accurate.
