Arriving at Falmouth:-
Pam
She is booked to visit several ports in southeast Australia in February/March next year, although nothing has been announced officially as yet. Presumably she has been chartered by someone locally. It will be interesting to see what eventuates.
"...Chairman of Portuscale Cruises said, “We were looking for representation, especially in Australia where we will have a ship based in 2015 for a number of cruises around the country..."
Korobko said she will operate cruises between Geelong and the NSW regional port of Newcastle, 170kms north of Sydney.
On March 10 Funchal will make a 56-night northbound repositioning voyage from Newcastle which will be marketed under the banner ‘Battlefields and Centenary at Anzac Cove.'
From SI She's not going to be spending very long in Aus, but the return voyage will be interesting.
It's certainly an unusual deployment, but nevertheless great to see the beautiful Funchal back in Australian waters again.
