Any idea if that webcam they link to is accurate? I have to imagine if the power is out that would be down.
Edit: I just answered my own question. The Freedom of the Seas is now visibly docked next to her. Wasn't there last time I checked. Wonder how the webcam is operating. Maybe the power is back up now.

Carnival Dream's captain has notified the U.S. Coast Guard of possible trouble with the ship's propulsion system. The ship, with a 3,600-passenger capacity, is docked in St. Maarten.
MIAMI — A month after a Carnival cruise ship was stranded for five days in the Gulf of Mexico, another of its cruise ships is reporting equipment problems in the Caribbean.
U.S. Coast Guard spokeswoman Sabrina Laberdesque said Thursday that Carnival Dream's captain notified the agency of possible trouble with the ship's propulsion system.
In a status update on its Facebook page, Carnival noted there were brief interruptions to elevators and toilets Wednesday night. The ship has full power but engineers are working on a "technical issue."
The cruise ship, which has a capacity of 3,646 passengers, is docked at Phillipsburg in St. Maarten.
Laberdesque says the Coast Guard isn't involved because the ship is moored.
An engine fire crippled the Carnival Triumph in February, leaving 4,200 without working toilets or power.
One report says its an emergency generator that controls propulsion. Another is saying the toilets are overflowing and power is out in parts (not all) of the ship. They are making it sound like the passengers are being held hostage.
I believe the ship was due back tomorrow in Florida so they need to get under way as soon as possible if they are going to get back to Florida. Hence the captain does not want everyone taking off on to the Island until they have a better idea of if and when they can sail.
Saying the US Coast Guard is not involved ... well the ship is docked in a foreign, sovereign nation over a thousand miles from the US shore. True there are US passengers on board but they are in no danger. The US Coast Guard should mind its own business this time .... there is no need at this moment for them to be involved.
The media unfortunately is going to totally beat them up over this one for no good reason at all.
The reports of over-flowing toilets are false. The elevators and toilets were down last night for a few hours...and by 12:30 this morning, all were working again. Other than the propulsion system, ALL power, services, air conditioning, etc. are working fine. There's hot food and cold drinks....it's just like a regular day at port (except you're not going anywhere).
Also, with regards to the folks scheduled on the canceled 3/16 cruise: in addition to a full refund and 25% discount on a future cruise, Carnival is also reimbursing people for non-refundable airline tickets they purchased to get to the ship.
