The Finnish entrepreneur Johnny Sid, who is often credited for 'saving' KRISTINA REGINA by returning her to Turku as the museum and hotel ship BORE, reportedly has been in talks with Louis Cruises over the purchase of LOUIS CRISTAL.
If the Greeks agree to a sale, LOUIS CRISTAL would operate cruises in the Baltic Sea from Turku to destinations such as Tallinn, Riga, Visby and Bornholm. She previously traded in the Baltic as Silja Line's SILJA OPERA on similar itineraries between 2002 and 2006.
