Thank you for posting these pictures. I've been particularly interested in the design of this new ship because my assumption is that the new P&O ship - due in 2015 - will simply be the third to this design. That is, the P&O ship will bear the same relationship to this Royal Princess as Ventura and Azura do to Crown Princess, Emerald Princess & Ruby Princess.
Would you mind if I posted one or two of them in my blog? I've made a few posts on the topic of the new P&O ship, and your pictures would be informative.

Tom: yes the new P&O ship is based on the new ROYAL PRINCESS design. you can tell by comparing the renderings for both vessels (but then I guess you already did that Rich: she really looks quite allright, certainly compared to all of Princess' newbuilds of the last 10-15 years!

Tom, sure, you may repost these in your blog. I'll be back at the Fincantieri pavillion today, will try to get more info or details about the ship.
Utterly uninspiring. Princess remains the Ramada Inn of the cruise industry. Even P&O manages to create more interesting interior designs based on the same hulls.
Thanks, Rich!
