Thanks for the pictures.

The surreal picture of the pool area taken while berthed next to Oasis of the Seas is fascinating and frightening at the same time - a very nice shot.

THANKS for the kind comments everyone!

Hi Cam - the camera is nothing fancy, an Olympus SP-600UZ 12mp digital. It's almost too complicated for me to use!

Another quick album downloaded tonight...

nice pictures, thanks for sharing. I always love Grand Cayman, it's one of the few ports left where you can just look out and see a ton of cruise ships out in the water at once. Usually you can only see one at a time as they arrive/depart.

DEIx15x8 - Grand Cayman was a real treat for me. I love the chance to be able to do some ship spotting even if it is whale tails, of the seas, and smiley ships.

Hi Frank! It was a great pleasure meeting you and Chuck. THANKS for the comments on the blog and pictures. It will be the only way I'll remember it a few years from now, getting old and senile as I am.

THANKS Grant! I try my best...

Here are just a few pictures of my post-cruise visit to Tampa. We went over from Clearwater to see the three cruise ships docked that Sunday at Channelside and eat at a 'fine dining establishment' where the all female staff wear really, really short orange outfits. The grilled chicken salad was pretty darn good. We walked past the American Victory but didn't tour her, I was sort of out voted, then headed over to watch the ships leave.
