Hello everybody

According to reports, the MV LE DIAMANT (ex SONG OF FLOWER) of Compagnie du Ponant, currently laid up in Brest, France, was sold to International Shiipign Partners for delivery in mid-December.

Compagnie du Ponant was sold these days too, isn't more part of CMA CGM...

I wonder if ISP has a charter lined up for her? They already have GEMINI and OCEAN PEARL to 'dispose' of by sale or charter. Ponant's website is not working for me this morning but when I looked yesterday there were around 6 or so summer cruises showing for Le Diamant, maybe they are in the process of revamping the site.

The ''sale" of Compagnie du Ponant is more of a shuffle. CMA CGM has "sold" CdP to the Merit Corporation, which in turn owns 80% of CMA CGM. They have a joint HO, so still under the same large hat so to speak.
