If they are your photos and I am suspecting scanned from a photo there is a way of improving them.
If you still have the negatives the technology exists in this day and age to have a professional lab scan the negative and give you a high quality digital image.
I have had some of my old negatives scanned professionally and some of the images are just as good as digital with a resolution of 1800pixesl wide.
Interesting to see two communist ships docked in St. George's Harbour.

I doubt that it's one of the other Ivan Franko Class ships because they were rarely seen on this side of the Atlantic.
