Legend Of The Seas have passed Fukuoka port on March-16.
It have been told to stop calling at the port of Fukuoka, was only 2 hours ago.
To refrain from the visit to Japan by the Chinese government ordered the people of China.

Notice is insufficient, many bus was kept waiting a long time at port. .

Did LEGEND have an extra sea day instead? Or did she stay in somewhere or extend overnight stay in Korea?

Anyway, she will reroute to Hong Kong for her 19 MAR sailing, according to RCI's website.

You would hope that tourism can still continue in Japan in areas not effected by the disaster.

I hope the country gets more support and a speedy recovery. There is much to learn from disasters and Japan needs help.

Is the feeling in Japan that they still want tourism to help the economy in non effected areas?

Classic International Cruises ship Princess Daphne has called at Kobe this week and is shown as calling next at Nagasaki.

She is on a 18 day round cruise from Hong Kong which was sold mainly to Australians.

It seems to me that a call at Kobe would give most of the passengers a delightful Japan experience. The Inland Sea, Kyoto and Nara, and marginally less crowding. A stopover not in the Kwanto srea would be acceptable and pleasant.
